Rum Balls

1 1/4 cups finely crushed vanilla wafers
1 1/2 cups finely chopped pecans
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 Tbsp Cocoa powder
2 Tbsp Light Corn Syrup (Karo)
1/4 cup rum or bourbon

(1) Mix vanilla wafers, pecans, powdered sugar and cocoa powder
(2) Add Karo syrup and rum and mix well
(3) Chill in refrigerator
(4) Shape into 1 inch balls
(5) Roll in powdered sugar

No baking required.
Store in airtight container and enjoy!
